With over 20 years of experience being a part of and leading diverse teams in corporate America, Stephanie has decided to share her tips on how to be a great leader with the world.

Using her masters in business administration and project management professional certification, she has crafted her skills to understand what people really need to be a leader in todays corporate climate. She has lead 100’s of project teams, spoke in front of 1000’s, and mentored numerous professionals over her career. Each experience brought her the practical knowledge needed to understand basic needs for emerging leaders to focus on.

A native of Southern Minnesota, Stephanie currently resides in Southern California. When she’s not fulfilling her duties as a corporate Senior Manager in a Project Management Office, she keeps her mind fresh by reading books and attending conferences to fill her mind with ideas on how to be a better person overall.

She relaxes by meditating, leading indoor cycling classes, being outside in nature, and spending time with friends.
